Building Activity for Fiscal Year 2008-2009

For Fiscal Year 2008-2009, there were 135 residential permits issued. Of those permits 124 of them were for single-family detached units and 11 of them were for multi-family attached units. There were 420 building permits for remodels or repairs to existing homes, 213 commercial tenant improvement permits, and 1 new commercial permit was issued for the Alcosta Shell replacement.
