Coffee with the Chief

DUBLIN POLICE SERVICES TO HOST “COFFEE WITH THE CHIEF”

ON MARCH 9TH

DUBLIN, Calif., March 2, 2010 – As part of the City of Dublin’s ongoing commitment to openness, responsiveness to the community and our efforts to enhance citywide communication, Dublin Police Services will be implementing a new program called “Coffee with the Chief.”   The objective of the program is to provide residents an opportunity to personally meet with their Police Chief, as well as other police representatives, in a friendly, casual and informal setting, such as a local restaurant or coffee shop.  At these meetings, residents will be able to learn more about the operation of the police department, talk about community concerns and get to know the Police Chief Casey Nice, and other members of the department.

The first “Coffee with the Chief” event will be held on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at Panera Bread Café & Bakery located in the Amador Plaza Shopping Center, 7030 Amador Plaza Road in Dublin.   All interested Dublin residents are welcome to attend.
